The Executive Health Program offers a comprehensive independent medical exam that focuses on proactively screening you for medical issues. You will get an hour long in-depth review of your health by one of our physician and an opportunity to ask questions in detail. This puts you in charge of your own health and helps corporations protect their most valuable assets, the executives. We have an accredited laboratory onsite at our office.  All your information is fully confidential. The Executive Medical Exams offered at our office are as follows: 1) Complete Executive Medical Exam: $1500 - In-depth hour long review of your health - Comprehensive medical history questionnaire - Risk assessment - Personal and family history - Detailed physical examination - Electrocardiogram (ECG) - Hearing test (audiogram) - Vision check - Blood tests (including complete blood count, thyroid function, cholesterol, glucose and kidney function, urine dipstick). 2) Advanced Executive Medical Exam: $2500 - All aspects of the Detailed Exam along with detailed blood tests (liver function, electrolytes , detailed urine test, and more). 3) Ultimate Executive Medical Exam: $2900 - All aspects of the Detailed and Advanced Exam along with extensive blood tests (inflammatory markers, prostate cancer, detailed electrolytes, vitamins, infectious disease testing and more).
