Required Documents

A Streamlined IME must be requested by IRCC and you MUST bring your IMM1020 form with you to your appointment. If you do not have an IMM1020 form, you must book the regular Canadian Immigration Medical Exam. This is not an upfront medical. The cost for the Streamlined Immigration Medical Exam is as follows: Immigration medical examination: $150 per person X-ray: $90 - required for age 11 years and older *5% GST applies to all fees *prices are subject to change without prior notice. *none of these costs are covered by MSP (Medical Services Plan of BC). We use e-Medical to submit the Immigration Medical Exam report to IRCC and do not use any paper files. You do not need to bring any photographs to your appointment and we will take a picture at our office.
